Meet Linda McMahon

Lead Coach – Linda Mac Tennis Coaching

A passionate player with over 15 years’ experience on court, Linda is a Level 2 LTA Accredited Coach who still competes at county level. Her coaching spans all ages and abilities, from complete beginners to performance players, and she’s especially known for her ability to connect with every individual, whatever their goals or background.

Linda was recently voted 2025 Shropshire Coach of the Year by the LTA - a testament to her dedication, skill, and the impact she has on players and the wider community.

She currently coaches five county-level juniors and a number of adults, including the Visually Impaired Wimbledon Champion and World No.7. Linda also has extensive experience working with players with additional needs, and leads outreach programmes for local disability groups and inclusive sports projects.

Driven by her energy, care and belief in the power of sport, Linda creates a supportive and engaging environment where every player can thrive.
